About Acne Center OC
Acne Center OC is an educational guide to acne, acne marks and acne-scar treatment, published by Neoderma in Anaheim, California. It is not a separate clinic: every treatment it describes is provided at Neoderma, and every clinical fact and price is restated from Neoderma's own published pages. It is not medical advice.
Who publishes Acne Center OC?
Acne Center OC is published by Neoderma Inc., the legal name of Neoderma (Neoderma Advanced Skin Care), the Anaheim practice founded in 2001. This is that practice's own guide, not an independent review site: Neoderma is the only provider it describes, and every Book and Call button on it leads there.
“Acne Center OC” names the guide's subject and region. It is not the name of a separate clinic, and it is not a title or credential claimed for anyone who works at Neoderma.
What kind of practice is Neoderma?
A physician-led medical spa. Its team of nurses, physician assistants and aestheticians works under its founder, Dr. Sal Nadkarni, DO. This site describes only the treatments Neoderma offers for acne, marks and scars: the Anti-Acne Facial, the DiamondGlow facial, the Vi Peel (for facial and back acne), LED therapy, Kenalog injections for cystic acne, medical-grade skin care from SkinBetter Science and ZO Skin Health, Secret RF and Exceed microneedling, the PicoWay laser and carboxytherapy, alone or in combination.
Anything that depends on your medical history is left to an in-person conversation, and this site says so rather than guessing. The topics are listed under questions we answer in person.
Where does the information on this site come from?
From Neoderma's own website, and nowhere else. Every clinical fact, price, time frame and policy here comes from one of the 14 Neoderma pages below, restated in this site's own words, with nothing added to what the source says.
Only pages Neoderma has published count. Drafts, unpublished posts, emails and seasonal offers are left out.

Who is Dr. Sal Nadkarni?
Dr. Sal Nadkarni, DO, is a cosmetic physician and Neoderma's founder.
His interest in aesthetic medicine began at Allergan in Irvine, the maker of Botox, where he was Global Medical Director for Botox clinical trials; he later became a Global Master Injector. In his own telling, Neoderma is where that path led: medical-grade skin care that really works, made accessible to everyone.
Neoderma's treatment pages and articles name him as their medical reviewer, including the acne scar guide and the Secret RF page this site draws on most. When a page here credits its facts to those pages, the medical review it mentions is theirs; this guide's own wording is not presented as reviewed by him.
Who performs treatment?
Neoderma's team, at its clinic in Anaheim. The practice is physician-led, and its nurses, physician assistants and aestheticians work under Dr. Nadkarni. Which member of the team performs a particular treatment is a good question to ask when you book. Patients come from across Orange County; the address and hours are on the home page.
What this site won't tell you
A guide written for a practice deserves to be read with that in mind, so here are the lines this one holds to. If you find a page that crosses one, tell us.
- No promised results. No percentages, and no promise of how many sessions you will need. For acne scars, the stated goal is meaningful improvement, not perfectly smooth skin.
- The consultation as Neoderma prices it. The consultation is $50, credited toward treatment if you proceed within two weeks of the consultation. It is never described as free.
- Current prices only. Prices appear as Neoderma lists them now, never from an offer that has ended. Your own price comes as a transparent estimate before any treatment.
- Illustrations, not patient photos. The skin cross-sections on this site are drawings. It shows no patient before-and-after images.
- Your health questions, answered in person. Anything that turns on your own medical history belongs with a provider who has reviewed it, not with a website.
- The more careful wording. Where two Neoderma pages put the same point differently, this site uses the more cautious version.
- No invented ratings. The Google rating is quoted as Neoderma publishes it, with no star graphics and no review markup.
How do I report an error?
Email info@neodermacenter.com with the page and the sentence you mean. A price that doesn't match Neoderma's, a broken link, or a line that claims more than its source are all worth reporting.
